This research attempts to highlights the importance of human resource for an organization, and why there is a need to implement human resource management practices in today's organizations. As a result of this research we got the major findings which are not very encouraging and the most disappointing thing is that majority of the industries lack proper HR departments to keep a check on the implementation of HR practices to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
