On the basis of the judgment Arbitrability III, this volume examines which equivalence provisions that apply to German incorporated companies are to be transferred to German partnerships in spite of the different resolution deficiency right system. The analysis identifies and takes into account the different form of resolution deficiency right of German partnerships.
