Publisher's Synopsis
For years people on the outside were interested in how I stayed in good shape, what I ate and my workouts. Some Fitness enthusiasts and others are always looking for a different style of working out. In my book, those questions are answered in parts. I say parts because of my workouts and the way I eat changes every year. Some nutritionist and personal trainers will tell you that it takes time, trial and error to figure out what works best for you. Volume II will follow this book. I recently completed a course in Fitness and Nutrition and will take another correspondence course to become a certified personal trainer. Be prepared for better workouts, different and healthier meal plans. I encourage people to believe that anything is possible. I wish everyone the best and I hope my book has a positive impact on you.
