He was born Harry Leonard Albershardt (1909-1973) and he starred in over 125 films in 5 decades. He was the voice of the Mr. Ed, and guest-starred in dozens of TV shows ---- but he is best known as the cowboy movie star Allan "Rocky" Lane. Along with his famed horse Black Jack, Rocky roamed the west, upheld law and order, and protected those in need. His comic ran from 1949-1954, and we're bringing you select great issues from that series.
