James is a guy who is sick of police brutality, especially against the urban black youth. Hiram is a man who is scorned by a service that always swore to serve and protect. But when an officer stops him and goes too far, James is saved by a vengeful Hiram. But when he learns of the mission he's on to seek justice, does he snitch on the one to whom owes his life?
