I would recommend that you read the first book in this series, Nathan's Friends The Missing Girls before reading this book. This is a completely different adventure though i do refer to the first story at times. Yes, the gang is on another ghostly adventure, and just like before its all Shorty's fault. He had suggested that the gang goes on a school trip, this is before he had even seen the information pack. He had heard that there were all kinds of activities including sailing and canoeing. It wasn't until they had actually arrived at their destination that Nathan had to ask the bus driver if he had a copy of the information brochure, this was due to the rather large sign they had noticed at the main gate. It said, NORFOLK MANOR, WELCOME TO THOSE WHO DARE.
