Japan has been invaded by gods-and they've left nothing but death and destruction in their wake. With entire cities now classified as uninhabitable danger zones, Anti-God researcher Sachiyuki Tokinaga is determined to find a way to take down the gods and save humanity. When chance leads him to high schooler Waka Kamikura, the two may just end up changing the fate of the world forever.
After Waka's frightening display of power, Tokinaga has no choice but to sedate her and bring her back to the Anti-God Research Institute for questioning. Waka claims she's sworn to kill the gods, but with eyes like hers, how can she possibly be trusted? As it turns out, Waka's not the only one with secrets. The institute has been developing their own weapons against the gods, and unless Waka can hold her own against them, she may not survive long enough to prove she's telling the truth.
