John Barrett is the author of Bipolar..... Me? in which he describes his attempts at getting a comic book he created in 1990, published. He racked up huge amounts of debt on credit cards because of his condition but was convinced his masterpiece would be a huge success. His plans were foiled however, when he was placed under section 2 of the mental health act. Well now, he's back and so is his comic!!!
