For Police Officer Jenny Durant, protecting a witness who is testifying in a high-profile case should be straight-forward. Or it would be if she weren't assigned to work the case with FBI Agent Blake Patterson. The guy has a gift for pushing her buttons and can be as frustrating as he is handsome.
When a bomb goes off at the courthouse, the intended target is unclear. Until evidence points them in the right direction, Blake and Jenny must assume that their witness may still be in danger. The danger escalates
