Soon after Amber is found, the body of another young woman is discovered, and the similarities are no coincidence. Faced with the reality that a serial killer may have taken residence, Tracy is forced to enlist the help of the G.B.I. (Georgia Bureau of Investigations), and the Federal Bureau of Investigations. With all of these resources made available to her, she still has no physical evidence to process, no clues, and no motive. She soon realizes that without a renewed strategy from the killer's eyes, the chances of stopping these killings will be impossible to stop.
