When I feel down in the dumps about my weight or appearance, I might list five things I like about myself to lift my spirits. When I need help, I might list five things I struggle with or people I can count on and in times of celebration; I might list five things that bring me joy. When you write things down, you find you can clear your mind, clarify your goals and ideas, and see your progress. Making a list can keep you focused, remind you of things you need to do, and organize your thoughts. These lists do not need to be a long, drawn-out process. You can jot these things down rather quickly and take this notebook with you when you go through your day. It can be helpful to glance through your Just Five Journal and make notes, update issues, cross off things to do or add a completion date with a smiley face!These journals are here to help you and are designed to bring a smile to your face!
