Authority of the King, a six-session study, is the first in the 6-book Walking in the Way of Christ and the Apostles (WitW Part 2 Study Guide Series.According to the way in which the Christian gospel has been proclaimed since the early part of the 19th century, the authority of Jesus Christ has been diminished. As a consequence, we have failed to emphasize the need for Christ followers to submit to His teaching with unquestioned obedience. In other words, the gospel must be obeyed as well as believed. In this study guide, we endeavor to restore a proper understanding of Christ's absolute authority as King of the universe.
