Publisher's Synopsis
Esther "Ez" Summers could never have expected what she'd find on the other side of her door. Tall, dark, muscular, funny as hell, and oddly familiar, Austrello of Endor is a warrior from a dimension that's never needed warriors, but that's changed.
That is, after all, why Austrello is there. His mission, at Davinae's instruction--to find Ez and bring her back before it's too late. She's the only one who can save Endor and the only one the people of Endor will follow.
In order to go back to Endor with Ez and face the evil that lurks there, Austrello will have to leave his new love behind too, but his honor reminds him of the importance of working toward the greater good. Of course, that doesn't mean it's not painful. It just means he'll have to work harder to get back to her.
The more Ez talks about leaving, the angrier Alan gets. When it all sifts out, Ez knows what she has to do, and she knows how Alan will feel about it. And she knows if he stays mad for long, she won't have a man to come back to.
But there comes a time in every life when a decision has to be made--whether to act for what's easiest or for what's best. Ez knows which to choose, and with the help of Austrello and a Bargarian named Rachis, she begins to make preparations to go back to Endor. It's all for the love of lavender diamonds, the ones that keep the Endorian people alive, and some beings will do anything to get them.
Torn Apart, the third book in the Witch of Endor series, gives us two new heroes to believe in, but there's a very good chance that heroism will leave both of those heroes alone.
