This book takes the student right through all the tasks involved in completing a project similar in length, number of tasks and level of difficulty to the one set by Edexcel. In addition, tutors can work through the book and use it for lesson planning support. An eportfolio website supports the learner by giving a full working example to accompany the steps in the book. A Summative Project Brief website gives a clear example of an SPB for students to use. Students will learn how to plan the project and then research information, use Word to produce standard business documents, use Publisher and Power Point to produce posters, flyers and presentations, produce and export charts and graphs, use Excel to input and analyse data from a survey and Access to create and use a database, create the e-portfolio, and review and evaluate the project.
