Publisher's Synopsis
An account of a gentleman land-owner from Lincolnshire who came to Mynydd Bach in Ceredigion in the 1820s to develop a hunting estate. His house was destroyed on many occasions, and he was persecuted and driven away from the area by the locals after a decade of conflict and quarrels.
