Publisher's Synopsis
Rosalie Bennett is a young, sixteen-year-old girl who has suffered a heart-breaking tragedy. Her story is one of coping and dealing with this tragedy while also trying to understand and deal with the effects this has had on her mother, sister, and young six-year-old brother. Starting back at school three months after this has happened, Rosalie has to deal with the huge range of emotions boiling just under the surface. Her feelings and thoughts are laid bare and drive her reactions with those around her, making it difficult to interact with both existing and new friends, teachers, and her siblings. As well as trying to come to terms with her school and home life, Rosalie encounters the added pressure of taking counselling sessions with Mr. Grayson.
