The Pichu Mini Chronicles 1 to 20 is first volume of a brief memoir by James L. Roberts, sharing missionary experiences and life in Bolivia, South America, between the years of 1952 and 1988. It is written from both the perspectives of a missionary child growing up in Bolivia and of that of an adult lay evangelical Friends (Quaker) missionary working with Bolivian Friends to spread the good news of Jesus Christ. You will be introduced to the people and culture of Bolivia, South America on a variety of topics; i.e. language, medicine, animism, food, political climate, topography, agriculture, mining, church planting and education, etc. Each chronicle centers around a specific theme; all themes, the memories of James who is now retired and recalling some of the details from his adventures in Bolivia and Peru.
