The polar caps have melted and the east and west coast ...are under water. The corporations have taken over with their private militias and any form of healing not approved by the medical establishment is illegal. Hunting squads were created to hunt down those healers, most were captured and never heard from again. One hundred years later the people regain control and now the hunters become the hunted until the very last one is captured and put on trial, the last Reiki hunter.
