Dispelling the myth of the matriarch is one woman's opinion of moving forward after a unplanned divorce. The Matriarch has this infamous narrative that has to be re-examined. Starllet did not have the luxury of daydreaming . She had children that needed to be fed, she had a household to run even when the table still had room for four. Her husband went out for a spell, he never returned. The seasons continued to change even while the wind blew, the sky continued to turn dark and her children grew up out of their old shoe size . She, the Matriarch maintained a household with love and grace for her kids and for Greg to keep his socks neat. She had nothing to say out loud that spoiled his name. Starllet kept her vowels silent in her pocket, and her cupboards full of honey. Along the way she discovered love again. Starllet children 's grandma was instrumental in keeping the Earth from spinning too fast while she maintained her mind. She gave her blessings as the story changed, preparing for a new season to fold in the middle to the next one. This is volume one of this three-part series.
