It's been ten years since Arianna woke up in the Underworld. She was only given her name, age and that she belongs to the god of death, as does every other soul that makes deals with him. Though what deal, she cannot remember. Each day is a struggle as Arianna keeps quiet while something burns within her. A desire so passionate that one day her prayers come true. When strangers present themselves to Arianna, telling her she is destined for more, she is given a choice; to stay in the Underworld or escape to Elysium. For the first time in her life she is given a choice she can make on her own, and she eagerly does. Though she will have to make the rest of this journey on her own and find the gods of Elysium. The heavens is all Arianna has ever dreamed of, though there are secrets she has to keep from the gods. If they were to find out she came from the Underworld, Arianna would be thrown right back and into the hands of the god of death. With the help of a few gods, Arianna has to remember who she was before the Underworld. Why her eyes turn to moonstone when night comes. Why she yearns for sunlight. Why a god would keep a mortal girl like Arianna hidden away. And while living the gods, she wants to learn even more, because these gods are not what she imagined them to be. They are broken and in mourn. But this is only the beginning. It isn't pure luck for Arianna to suddenly escape from the Underworld. The Great gods who created this world and let their children rule the heavens have plans for Arianna. Plans that have been in the making for thousands of years.
