This book is a place for you and your system to introduce yourselves, keep track of everyone, and add new people when you meet them. The journal is a place to write letters to each other, let out your feelings or leave general notes, while there is space for up to 50 alters at the front of the book. There are 2 pages for each alter to share a bit about themselves, who they are, and what they look like.
