Publisher's Synopsis
In a small, Amish village Rebecca has never fit in. Brought into the community by her non-traditional parents, she was taught to serve the Lord in her own way. She is constantly attacked for looking different in a community where everyone is similar. Enter Jackson-Jackson is the hard-working son of a blacksmith and extremely traditional. However, he finds the women in the community to be superficial and doesn't fit within his life. He prays one night to the Lord to send him a wife. Rebecca has asked the Lord to do the same and send her someone perfect for her. When she has the opportunity to go out with the smooth-talking Pastor's son Eli, it's a dream come true-at least that's what she thinks. Will Rebecca overcome all of the social stigma to find a perfect husband or will they both be alone for the rest of their days?
