My name is Gordon Peterson. I have been involved in cooking for about fifty years. Yes, I am old and not as good looking as I once was. I love to cook and entertain. I don't like to spend hours doing it. I never cook anything that takes more than one hour. I have designed food stores and restaurants all my life.
