From Heaven, God looked down and saw a skinny white dog who was treated so very poorly that God knew he had to send a special family to rescue Carlos. Of course, when God acts, he does very amazing things. For God also saw a young girl named Tina who lived in poor family circumstances that kept Tina from understanding God's love, since she really never felt any love at home.
It is a good thing that Tina's Sunday School teacher, Mrs. Keller knows all about the story of Carlos's rescue and the incredible joy he found in his new Forever Home with his new family.
