As you know, kids love joking and joke books. When they have a joke book in their hands, there's a good chance they'll work very hard to read those jokes. That can mean that a good joke book could even help a child to become a better reader. This little book, also, uses a few cute illustrations, and a few funny jokes to make it easy for each child to think about the school bus safety tips that are also found inside.
Since the school bus is such a big part of a child's school experience, and we all want it to be a very positive experience; it just makes so much sense to encourage each child to think about how to keep him or herself safe while riding the bus.
