The secure world of prom queens and lettermen ruling over band nerds was reversed into a time of poorly groomed, skinny armed poets who had, maybe two guitar lessons, holding court at local coffee shops. The story is told from the point of view of pretty Annette Bunsen who lost a lifetime of status with just three shots fired from a glorified bookstore in Dallas. Next is "My Dream." Have you ever had that dream? The one where you are naked in school? With a big test coming up that you haven't prepared for, and you can't even find the right room? If you have, you'll love this story. Last is a story about the dreaded family dinner with your new girlfriend's family. Called, "No Thanks for Thanksgiving," it's a story about an idealistic college student walking into the lion's den of his girlfriend's well-to-do family. He ends up saving the entire family from immolation, but do they even thank him? No. Instead they do everything they can to break up the relationship. Saving everyone's life is just not enough if you don't come from a rich family.
