With "Projet de Pablo," a finalist for the Émile Nelligan Award, Bélanger began to cultivate his memory using various kinds of tools, with Picasso's works as pretext to compare painting to poetry. In "Retours," a finalist for the Governor General Award, the poet travels within to face the strangeness of the internal world.
