Publisher's Synopsis
A historical novel that takes place during 1866-1873 and the Indians plains wars in the American west. George Johnson and Dennis Crowther are caught up in the conflicts between the whites and the Cheyenne and Sioux Nations. The story tells of six events during this time period from BOTH sides. George and Dennis' roles (along with several other main characters) are told in one chapter, and the following chapter tells the same event from the Indian's side. All is as historically accurate as possible with actual Indians involved at the time.
