Publisher's Synopsis
This last quote crushed me, for my father spoke to me directly, and I heard his voice. I went home knowing exactly what he meant. Yes... my life is forever changed, and I see quite clearly, this is only the beginning of his work in my life. In my eyes, my father was a failure. Yes, he was a success, but gave it up for something I could not understand. That no one in my family could understand. They hated him, so I learned to hate him. Finding his notes has given me something I cannot explain. It is not the recognition of my father, but the recognition of life itself. Who am I to say what a father should be? Who am I to say what a wife should be, or a child I have never met, only taught how to live? To live a life I have yet to understand. I want to help them, the way my father tried to help me. With his journals, I hear his voice, and hope to change the lives of all those who love, and feel the compassion of creation itself. Thanks 'crazy man'. I love you, Dad.
