This is a blank, lined journal. It's 6x9, a perfect and small size to carry anywhere. There's over 100 pages, enough room to write down a lot of information.
This is a great journal to have so you can look back at your progress. If you complete more 10K races, or longer ones, it will be great to see what may have worked and what you can improve on for the future.
