Publisher's Synopsis
SPEAKING FOR THE DEAD Homicide is always an ugly business. And when pretty young women are the ones dying it gets even uglier. So when a serial killer starts leaving dead bodies posed around Tampa, Homicide Detective Garrett Moseby takes it personally. The first murder shows that the killer is a brutal psychopath, but with each successive killing, he shows he is a sadistic bastard as well. As he works the case, Garret and his partner Detective Lucy French have to remember one thing. The dead can't speak for themselves other than to cry out for justice. So by catching the killer, they will be speaking for the dead!
