Dreams, the uncharted land of the mind. A place where creativity becomes reality. A place where ideas roam free. To not dream is to not live. This novel takes place in the future world during a time when fear dictates much of how society functions, a grim future where all people live in Housing Towers under strict mandates from the government in order to keep them clean, safe, and orderly in order to survive. The naturalists, those who live outside of the Housing Towers, are known to be savages and disruptful to society, or so the gossip of the SWISI holographic world says. This story follows our main characters point of view from living in the Housing Towers, to being at the wrong place at the wrong time during a rescue attempt, and then to being thrust into a world thought to be filled with savages, but turns out to be filled with friends. Transitioning from a state of repetition to a state of dreaming his mind opens to fun and creativity within an immortal world instead of boredom and controlled feelings. An initiation with a psychedelic waking dream ceremony at Before After Life solidifies the mindset of which way of life is better when all of reality is moldable to ones desires. Do you want to be spoon fed your life or do you wish to dream it? Are you a dreamer?
