Days pass without Sasha hearing from Garth, and when she discovers that he went to face the Red Priest all on his own there's only one thing she can do. She bravely asks plant alien Malakye Sterling to unlock her memories. Sasha's mysterious past is finally revealed, and an unexpected connection to Garth, the shifters, and the Red Priest is brought to light. Powerful enemies lurk in the shadows of San Francisco... The Red Priest isn't the only enemy Garth and Sasha are going to have to defeat before they'll be free to explore their feelings of burgeoning love for each other. The Black Dragon Clan plans to open a portal powerful enough to let Lucifer and his army of demons through to take over the Earth and enslave humanity.
