Imagine you're wandering a path along a rocky coast at dusk. There are windswept trees and a touch of fog in the air. It is beginning to grow dark when you spot a robed figure ahead who obviously knows the way. You follow, getting closer and closer. Finally you catch up to the guide and discover that he or she is not a stranger, but you. The follower is your ordinary nature; the other is the true nature you come to be, the real you.
