Inspired by true events...this is the story of 'Jack.' Jack has a serious drug and alcohol addiction. The cigarettes are just par for the course. His addictions, and the selfish way in which he accepts them, has led him to lose good job after good job. An opportunity to better himself arises on the island of St. Croix. But no sooner does Jack arrive, than he is off to the races again! Using what money is left to him from his previous job, and with a few days still to check in at his new job, Jack decides to taste the sleazy wares of St. Croix. A long list of mishaps leads to another crossroad in his life. Hurricane Hugo will makes sure he stays put so he can decide which road to take at his crossroads, a road that will lead to sobriety through faith, or...to defeat by death.
