MacNeill, arrives in London, supposedly to take a job in his Uncle James's Publishing Empire, but Rymer has been exaggerating his position. Determined to prove himself to his distant mother, Alexander takes the job as editor of his uncle's stories, and the team bring VARNEY THE VAMPYRE successfully to the Victorian public. As the story begins to sell, his Uncle's bizarre behavior makes Alexander question the source of the material used for the Varney the Vampyre tale. Alexander assumed the Varney details were confined to the pages of the story, but all is not right in the dark streets of London Town... When his darkest suspicions mix with his romantic interests, it's time for Alexander to look into the matter... He soon finds that the dangers on the London streets are far more terrifying than fiction could ever be...
