Danica Jordan has been roughing it for years, two to be exact. Her mother got up one day and never returned. Dani, is what all of her friends know her by. She is seventeen and living the life of an adult. Unlike most seventeen year olds, she pays for her own apartment, purchased her own car, and works a 'masculine' job to make her own money. The steel plant that she works for is evidence of that. She handles everything perfectly, until she meets her boss' son, and new owner of the plant, Lark Brannigan. He takes interest unaware of her age. He treats her to the bright side of life. She slowly sheds her tough girl act as Lark sweeps her off of her feet. She falls hard and soon the truth about her age begins to creep into the forefront. How will Lark feel when he finds out that he is dating a teenager?
