I refuse to have a bad day is a story about a certain time in my life when I so chose to have a bad day, based on bad choices, and bad motives, our mindset determines how our basic mode of life will be. it is actually up to us to make our lives good or bad based on our choices. a real truth would be, that when we allow others to set the standard for our day, most of the time, we come out of it disappointed, and many times disturbed, because, our goals, ideas, and inspirations are not met, and many times, not even as much as mentioned. I refuse to have a bad day is actually a quick read to help refocus our days, it is not a guide of sort to say, this is how you do it, nor is it a directive that says you have to do it this way, each of us have different backgrounds, and lifestyles, so what worked for me, may not work for you, what this is all about is to give you a general idea, of what I did, to move forward finally in my life, and maybe it will give you a better hope of understanding to move forward in your life, or, maybe even to give an insight on how to help others that you see going through bad days when you now that life for them too, could be better.
