Publisher's Synopsis
Benny buzzes his wisdom in rhyming verse, trying to teach the caterpillar to say PLEASE. In a garden brimming with tasty fruit, Katie is hungry because the plants won't share. Zooming overhead, Benny says, "Learn to say PLEASE and you'll soon find food with great ease." Katie is stubborn but Benny doesn't give up. Sprinkling her with pollen and landing on the tip of her nose, he insists that she try his way. Weak with hunger, Katie crawls back into the garden.
Can a hungry caterpillar learn the value of saying PLEASE from an annoying little bee?
