The series reaches an exciting climax in book four, which is told by Dr. Terri Jackson, a woman who is a healer in more than one sense of the word. She is the fourth woman in this extraordinary quartet of friends. Each of the books focuses on the lives of one of the women and is narrated by that character. Although the Goddesses are all ancient Greek Goddesses, there is no correlation between the books and the land of Greece, except in the metaphorical sense.
