Publisher's Synopsis
Introduction I wrote this book "How I Changed ( Live Your Life)" because I wanted tell the World no matter what your circumstances is, you can overcome them and live your life with success. It would be impossible for anyone to write his or her life story about every event that happen in their life. There is no book thick enough to do that task. My life story to me is about the happy, angry, proud, insulting, embarrassing, traumatic, achievements, failures, successes and blessing I experienced during my lifetime. Not necessary in that order. Life is a season, there are four seasons is a person's life: Infancy, youth, adulthood and a senior season. I am blessed to have lived all four of them. My baby brother, Clyde Whipper did not finish his infancy season when he was only three months old. My mother did not finish her adulthood season, she died at thirty five. So many of us will not be blessed to live a full life. Some of my relatives and friends told me that I should not tell certain events that happen in my life in my book. I did of course, listen; because there are certain things I did was too embarrassing for me to write about. However, I am not a Saint, my life had ups and downs in it. I didn't by no way intended to disgrace or brag about myself or low rate anyone. I just wanted to tell the honest truth and "Thank God" I was able to do that. My season is almost over. Life is precious and a progression, it allows you to improve if you are wise. God blesses us all with some type of talent or talents. God gave my oldest brother Mckinley (Junior) the talents to play a piano and sing. Even though he was gay. God gave me the talents to draw, write poems and write books. See, "God is Good." If I had my life to live over again, I would not change a thing in it because changing just one thing is like the movie "It's A Wonderful Life" starring Jimmy Stewart. This is why I don't want to change anything. If I could have changed anything, I would not be here today writing this book. It would have altered my life. "After all is said and done. I hope to leave a TRAIL: Truth, Remembrance, Acknowledgement, Intrigue and a Legacy." Thank you, Therlee Gipson
