However, she is still stalked and harassed by the hundreds of twisted followers of The Surgeon. She conquers her demons, changes her name and becomes a homicide detective. One night, while saving a fellow detective's life; she realizes that he is not normal. Hell, he isn't even human! He is a vampire. Her world is once again violently torn upside down. Now, this vampire may be the only one capable of saving her from her terrifying past as it comes back and tries to claim her, again!
