This is a study on the broad aspect of the relation between Mind, Body and God in various philosophies and religions in a comparitive mode. It starts from the materialistic monism of science to Advaita of Sankara. It also studies the variations in Suddha Advaita and modified monisms like Visishta Advaita, Jagnath, Saiva Siddhanta. It is compared with the Judeo-Christian mystic traditions and the theology of Eastern Churches.
