This book wasn't written for a specific gender or race, but for anyone who feels he or she is trapped and sees no way out. When I looked at all the angles and saw no open doors, no gaps, the odds being too much against me, I looked deep within myself and was introduced to my inner spirit, which was just waiting to take control.
