In the year 2117 a series of seemingly drug-related murders plague Los Angeles. Detective-Sergeant Dennis Richards soon discovers it's all a cover up for something more. The victims were actually murdered in a race to possess the Fire 28, a stone said to have restorative powers with the ability to make one young again. Now he must protect a female android named Brit who has the stone hidden within her.
