Included are areas for special concerns, the earth, pets, the weather, loved ones, friends, work, school, a summation of the month, and your garden. Being that it is paperback it is light enough to carry, and small enough to put in to a purse, or glove compartment. It has a simple cover so as not to draw attention. Blank areas are left for you to use as you see fit.
