Publisher's Synopsis
Sarah Niles is a party girl, there's no denying that. Her idea of a great relationship is a quick shag with Jake after a Friday night on the town with her best friend Jessica. But her life had become boring and she felt as though she needed some excitement in it. This is where she did something so out of character. A few weeks ago she and Jessica were drunk and talking about a co-worker Debs who had mentioned that a Canadian friend of hers needed to stay in the country and the quickest way to secure that was to get married. The only information that Jessica could remember was this Canadian's name was Robbie, had blue eyes and a nice smile. Sarah jumped at the chance to marry this person and a five grand thank you payment was handed over. The only thing wrong with this situation was that Sarah had agreed to do this without even meeting Robbie. The shock that she faced on the day of her wedding was one that she would never forget. Robbie was a female and had assumed that Sarah had been given all of the facts and details and she was pretty grateful that Sarah had offered to do this. But Sarah finds herself going ahead with this illegal scam and once the wedding has taken place she quickly discovers that there were more details that she had failed to listen to. Robbie is to move in with her. Sarah's life is turned upside down when she realises that she has feelings for Robbie. This story starts on the morning of the wedding and is told in the first person sense, through Sarah's eyes.
