Publisher's Synopsis
Blooms, a fancy falcon, loves to find beautiful feathers. He collects them and spends hours counting how many he has. When he couldn't find feathers that were already detached, he began to jerk out the feathers from the other birds. They get upset with him and try an teach him a lesson, but it doesn't turn out as they expected. When Blooms' collection is ruined, they decide to help him replace his feathers.
