The Sanitary Squad are a team of government-funded grime fighters, fighting to keep the streets of Filtham City clean, both figuratively and literally. Grease is the word as a string of restaurants find themselves being burgled by the notorious married criminals, Blackhead and Pimple. What do they want all of this grease for? And just who is the mysterious Dr Ozone?
