The village of Tibworth lies on Manchester's most northerly border, Just outside the village is Woods Farm. This is where 10 year old Albert Wood lives with his sister, Gail, and his mum and dad in the year 1953. Albert experiences a recurring dream. It isn't like the others because it's the same over and over again. A scary encounter with an old hermit who tells Albert he has the gift', only adds to his predicament: is the dream real or not? Yet amongst his family's farming life, a sprawling mystery develops. An enigma only Albert can solve.
